Family owned and operated, Hamilton House is a joint partnership between Donald, Rhonda and Stacie Hamilton. Located in the Dallas area, our primary concentration has been in the Town of Sunnyvale and the Stone Canyon Estates subdivision. Our past experience in this area gives us the expertise to become the exclusive builder for this development. Our vast contacts in the construction industry enable us to construct beautiful and desirable homes for the consumer.

We have over 15 years experience in the home building industry and over 35 years experience in the construction industry. In 2002, Donald Hamilton started his construction business under the name of Hamilton Custom Builders, and since that time has built stunning homes in the Sunnyvale and Heath areas, as well as four commercial buildings. Two years ago, Don decided to change the name to Hamilton House by Design and added two partners; his wife, Rhonda and his daughter, Stacie who have experience with interior home design. Hamilton House by Design brings an unbeatable combination for designing and creating unique, one of a kind, truly custom homes.
